Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
No-Show Policy
- If access to the property is not provided at the scheduled
time:
- A service fee may be charged
- Service may be rescheduled
Refund Policy
- Refund are not guaranteed but may be issued under the
following:
- Service was not completed
- Significant service issues reported within 24 hours

- If you are not satisfied:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- We will review and resolve the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Normal wear and tear
- Miscommunication not reported prior to service
