IRACOG3 LLC-Service Agreement
By requesting services from IRACOG3 LLC, you agree to the
following:
Scope of Work
Services will be performed as agreed upon during booking or
contract.
- *Cleaning services
- *Maintenance services
- *Unit turns
Service Expectations
- IRACOG3 LLC will:
- *Perform services professionally
- *Use appropriate tools and materials
- *Maintain communication with clients
Client Responsibilities
- *Provide access to the property
- *Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
- *Remove or secure valuables
Payment Agreement
- Payment is due as agreed (per service or contract)
- Late payments may incur fees
- Continued service depends on timely payment
Scheduling
- Services are performed based on agreed schedule
- Changes require advance notice
Damage Policy
- Any damages must be reported within 24 hours
- IRACOG3 LLC will review and address valid claims
Termination
- Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
Agreement Acknowledgement
- By booking services, you agree to these terms.
